• Participants can register under one of the following categories: Listener, Oral/Poster Presentation, or Student Paper Contest (SPC).

• Participants may indicate their preferred presentation mode (oral or poster) during registration. However, the final decision on the presentation format will be made by the conference committee, based on the overall conference structure and content organization.

• Interested participants in the Student Paper Contest (SPC) are advised to go [here] for detailed instructions.

• All submitted abstracts must be in English and according to the provided template.​

​

• File Format: Save your document in one of the following formats before uploading: .pdf, .doc, .docx.

 

• Abstracts that do not adhere to these guidelines will NOT be considered.

 

• Submit your abstract through the registration form. Abstracts submitted through email correspondence will NOT be accepted.

 

• The abstract should be aligned with one of the conference themes. Choose the appropriate theme while uploading the abstract.
